STACKED STONE CHIMNEY BASE
Formed and poured a new concrete base, successfully stabilizing the chimney and preventing further issues.
EXTERIOR LOAD BEARING WALL
Replaced the rotted framing of the exterior load-bearing wall with a structural concrete wall and new framing.
CAMP REPAIR
Replaced rotted and settling camp posts with new 6”x6” lumber, installed on proper concrete footings and secured with metal connectors at the top and bottom. NESW does not use precast footers due to concerns about settling, movement, and heaving.
